I wanted to start this year focused on health. January I was battling severe lower back pain, and once that subsided my shoulder pain came back. Thankfully, both are under control at this time. Now that it’s February I am getting hit with this nasty cold that has me feeling less than 100%, but I am taking this as another message to keep focusing on my health. I had to skip the gym (lol tbh I haven’t even started going), but I have been making sure to do small workouts and yoga at home.
So although things aren’t going as planned, I am constantly being reminded to take care of my health; and at times it may feel aggravating, I am aware that this is happening to keep my on my path and get into gear when it comes to my health. I am very grateful that I am young and healthy, and I know I can get through this time.
