We’re hitting that turning point where we’re going to shift into spring! I’m so looking forward to warmer weather and seeing grass and flowers… just life really!
This spring I really want to prioritize joy and work on developing more healthy habits. I want to treat my body and mind with care and love, without it turning into anything rigid or strict. I just need to dance, roller blade, walk, stretch, and focus on how I feel!
I also would like to release all of the tension and worries I have that are beyond my control, and just continue to have faith in a bigger plan.
